Happy New Year - V.Good. Rating: 3.75/5. Perfect family commercial entertainer. 1st half good. 2nd half very good. Good masala script. No logic. Interesting & engaging screenplay. Twists & turns makes us excited. Good characterizations & performance. By everyone. SRK & Deepika steals the show. Entertaining songs. Perfect placements. 1 fight in 2nd half & it's the best. Making was really good. Especially cinematography given a great perfect feel. Good team effort. Diwali Dhamaka. Suitable for all ages.
