Maggie - Average. Dry script. Dragging screenplay. It's all about a virus affected characters. Quarantine is the solution. Maggie commits suicide. Emotional family drama. Arnold is wasted in this movie. Couldn't watch him without action & punches. Only crowd pulling factor. Overall bore. 

San Andreas 3D Movie Review

San Andreas 3D - Ok. Same story & screenplay like 2012 is the major drawback. Dwayne Johnson, 3D is the highlight & crowd pulling factor. This time only around USA. Different family. Love story includes. Climax they say we rebuild it. That's all the changes. 3D effect was good. Super making. A family was trying to escape from major earthquake & tsunami. Same characterizations of the family members too like 2012. Predictable scenes. 3-4 rescue operation scenes getting claps even though we know they will be saved. Watchable. Suitable for all class & ages.  

Mass Engira Maasilamani Movie Review

Mass Engira Maasilamani - Good. Rating: 3.5/5. Simple one line story but different unpredictable screenplay & treatment. 1st half super & fresh - enjoyable fun ride. 2nd half usual & sentimental - ok. Interval block super. Suspense thriller. Twists & turns gives you excitement. Different genre for Venkat Prabhu. Good style of making. CG would have been more better. Suriya done a great performance in dual role. Premji has done a good different job & makes impact on u. Nayanthara looking cute as usual but short time of screen space & no scope much. Pranitha looking cute in flashback portion. Samudhrakani & Parthiban done a different character & Gud performance. Jai done a cameo & it connected well with the script. Karunas & sriman desires would have been shown along with the lady instead of others. Motta rajendran makes us smile. Songs & RR good. Mostly montages except 2 tracks. Therikudhu mass intro song. Poochaandi will be liked by kids. Y semma mass duet song has been deleted ? Good spoof dialogues used as punches here & there perfectly. Nothing special but entertainer.

Look & feel attracted me so much. Good screenplay. Great performance by Jothika madam & everyone especially my mentor Delhi ganesh sir, Rahman sir & Abirami madam in a special friendly role. So many good messages conveyed in interesting manner. Organic vegetables, Dream of a women, Empowerment has been conveyed convincingly. Dialogues of Viji sir very powerful & conveyed strongly. Amazing soulful music by santosh narayanan sir. Definitely award winning. Family entertainer. A complete movie.

Velraj sir cinematography is commendable. Yuvan after a long time magic work with motivating music. Vivek super - should say comeback only for him. Goutham, Priya Anandh, Taapsee, Daniel, Satish, Manobala registering their performance with good characterizations.  Quite predictable is the disadvantage. Nothing so new in the story but different from 3. Good team effort.

Uttama Villain - Ok. Emotional drama. Reel life is lighter. Real life is serious. I like super star manoranjan portions alone. Life of a star. Content in both are not connected & new. Predicable closed circle usual story & screenplay. Not interesting & engaging. Only highlight is casting & outstanding performance by everyone. Also beautiful chemistry between them. Not expected this much lighter & weak script from kamal sir after vishwaroopam is the audience disappointment. Ghibran done a good job. Watch it performance & making.
